Immaculée Event Sponsorship

American Friends of Journey House Actions Rwanda (AFJHAR) is honored to host an evening program on October 14 at the Wisconsin Club to feature Immaculée Ilibagiza, Rwandan American author and motivational speaker. She is widely known for her first book, Left to Tell: Discovering God Amidst the Rwandan Holocaust (2006), which is an autobiographical work detailing how she survived during the Rwandan genocide. This event is not intended to be a formal fundraiser, so we are seeking sponsorships to underwrite the cost. In partnership with local parishes, schools, and other like-minded organizations, we plan to extend this invitation broadly and exceed 200 participants. If we raise sponsorship beyond the cost of the event, we will direct the funds to AFJHAR with the sponsor’s approval.
